ECS mishandling by BAJAJ FIN SERV - more than Rs 8000 auto debited in two days. 27 transactions.

I have been a customer of BAJAJ FIN SERV since last 5/6 yrs. On last May 2019 due to FANI cyclone at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, the bank & organizations are closed from 3rd May to 12th may as electricity supply is hampered. On 13th I cleared all the EMIs. (Govt of Odisha had warned on 29th April to be in allert and go to safe places as cyclone may hit on 2nd or 3rd may).
Again all EMIs for June is cleared on 2nd June as usual in normal. But, on 10th and 11th June 2019, a total of 27 auto debited transactions are made which amounts to more than Rs 8000 without any information. This includes 22 transactions of Rs 295 each for ECS failure. When contacted BAJAJ FIN SERV, they asked to contact the concerned bank for refund. Bank says, it is the BAJAJ FIN SERV responsible who presented it at bank. All the details I have. Suggest me please, what to do.
