This is to bring to your kind notice that I may get justice towards my complaint and may not be repeated to any customer like me infuture. I have placed an Order No.24539147335 on 03,November,2018 for Karbonn Aura 1 (16GB,2GB RAM)-4G Water Proof Smart Phone mobile to snapdeal duly paid Rs.4048/- through Net Banking. I have received the item on 17,November 2018 by Courier as a late delivery. I have opened the courier cover and seen the package one by one and found accessories ok. During the checking of mobile functions I immediately found that internet is not working. I tried in all aspects like configuration etc but no result. On 18,November 2018 I called my service provider JIO and confirmed that there is not fault from them. On 19 November 2018 I put a request to return back the item and refund the amout. I have received a confirmation for return of the product vide Ticket No.51834919 and I have received a call from Snapdeal call centre against my request. I told to them that problem is internet is not working and asked them to take back the item and refund my amount. They have advised me to approach service centre if any defect found they will issue a Service Certificate and same will submit then only we can process the payment. I went to Service Centre M/s.Shree Sai Communications,1-17-301,Hardy Complex,Opp:Chermas,M.G.Road,Secunderabad - 500 003. Mobile:8977411234,8977511234; on 21 November 2018 and they have issued a Certificate for the defective mobile ( Certificate copy enclosed). I have spent nearly Rs.250/-towards transport for service centre trips. On the same day I sent the report copy to Snapdeal. On 26 November 2018 I put a request that if you don’t take immediate action I will for legal action against you. But till today no response from them.

I request you sir to look into the matter and justify my issue and I expect your immediate action in this regard may help me for unnecessary tension and health affect causing by the suppliers
