Cheating by Uber
Uber does not have any phone no., where you can talk and make complaint. Every thing is through App.
In the App you click on the wrongly charged and mention that driver did not come, but charged. They have standard answer, driver's are instructed to verify the passenger and no refund is allowed.
Uber does not even bother to check how within 2 minutes about 15 Kms. trip can be completed or check through GPS location of car, which was kilometers away, when he shows picked up and completed the trip.
While talking to one of Uber driver, he informed this is rampant. Such trips are not passed on to the driver, but Uber system itself shows pick up and complete and money goes to the Uber illegally. This is the reason Uber is not starting OTP system like Ola.
Strict action is required against Uber and they should be instructed to start OTP system immediately and there should be a telephone no., where rider can take and make on the spot compliant.
