Axis bank debit my account without any pre notification and without proper proof.

Sir,
I have a axis bank salary account. I left my job but I am using axis bank services.
On the date 12/01/2019 I received a msg that your account no. 917010041594111 is debited by Rs.71.44 and after 1 day I received a another msg your account is debited with Rs -728 and

My questions.....
1. when I call to the customer care then he said you have to transfer your account in the nearest branch. When I asked to him that my account will run simply without minimum balance then he told me 'yes'. I transferred my account in junagadh , zanzarda road. After that bank says me that you have to maintain the minimum account balance to continue.
2. When I asked to your customer care helpline please send me in written formats your bank will deduct Rs.150 per cash transaction after crossing your given limit. Then he told me that I have no written prove. Ok
3. Customer care and the bank manager told me your account again debited by Rs.-177. Rs 150 debit card charge and Rs.27 18%GST. but on the amount of -728 there is no gst. Why? Your customer care have no answer about this question.
4. I have no pre notification about any deductions.Why?
5. If you have no written evidence then how you can debit my account. With any money.

Sir please do some useful action.
