The e-commerce entity is not what it claims to be and the products are very limited and not popular. May be it can serve someone who is looking for cheap items. Their support team for logistics is very poor.

The company collects order and money. In case you wish to cancel the order, it has very good cancellation clause stating: If you would like to cancel an order, you can call or email our customer service and provide details of the order you would like to cancel. If you cancel the order before the product has been shipped, you will receive a complete refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns and be dealt accordingly.". However, this remain on paper. The orders are not executed timely or it is executed partially and then the problems starts. The company seems to be very poor in responding to the consumer complaints. It do not provide any reverse pick up of the items requiring return/replacement. The consumer has to make its own arrangement in returning the items. The Self Shipment cost incurred by a customer could be repaid in the form of a Mobile Recharge for a maximum amount of Rs.100 or the courier bill, whichever is lower.
However, the various public domain brings out serious complaints like supplying substandard material, defective and non-refunds of money. Another public domain list out 3336 complaints with just 14% customer satisfaction. This suggest the buyers to be very careful if planning to deal with this company.
