The company is offering product through their online shopping site. Their are many complaints available on the public domain. The complaints are of the nature like product not being delivered, if delivered does not match with order, amount not being refunded despite cancellation of order, defective products are not being replaced etc. A sample of the complaint on one domain itself showing 25 Nos. of complaints just in a period of one week i.e 5th March to 12th March 2015. The complaints are bound to happen but if they are not responded or settled then it leads to raise an alert against the business practices of the company. The complaints are pending just for response for more than months. One of the complaint which has been received is reproduced below which compelled me to rate the business.

I have not received mention product nor refund for the mention order yet. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I have still not received material against order no S80715132. Till the material is not delivered to customer, Order is not treated as complete.It's your responsibility to looks that, material delivered to customer on time.
Further to this, i have already instructed you to cancel the order on 19 Jan 2015 & refund the amount.
In-spite of cancellation instruction, you have dispatch the material on 30 January 2015.

Now i would like to tell you that, if now courier come to my home. i will not accept it.
Automatically it will be send back to you.
Please considered as special request & refund the amount the earliest. I am continuously trying to reach you. But i am not able to connect you.Can you please call me on my cell No..............

Now you can imagine mail dtd. 20/02/2015 is a 6th reminder.
This is what a general feedback and such feedback necessitates issue of alert to public to take care if planning to purchase through the above vendor.
