pre-paid auto/taxi booth is a must to avoid hassle and exploitation of the passengers especially those coming from distant states of the country. Entry of auto drivers/taxi drivers in the station must stop.

This is most probably the worst maintained station in eastern UP. Extremely bad status of cleaning with constant stinking smell and open urination everywhere. Platform 1 is too narrow for the crowd during busy times. Sitting space is not enough and passengers are always lurking for getting some space to sit, sleep and probably live. The hall outside platform 1 is always filled up with people on the floor and it is difficult to walk around. Announcements are not good and railway officials not very helpful.

Un- professionally and poorly managed. Not even 10 seating places on PF-1. announcements are hardly audible . part of PF 1 does not have shades. No tourist help/info counter. Tracks not kept clean n stink. No prepaid taxi/auto facilities. Station appears mostly in chaos and on auto-pilot chalta hai approach than planned and maintained as world class tourism center and constituency of PM of India.
