Sent ticket for cancellation for last one month and escalated to all mail ids available on aviation ministry web site but no one is replying . Option left is to go to consumer forum

WHY NOT THEY EXPAND IN PIMPALE NILAKH AREA , WAKAD , WHERE THE REVENUE EARNING WILL BE VERY HIGH .
Thanks to the civil aviation ministry and the DGCA for choosing to remain in perpetual slumber. This state permits the airlines to fleece the customers at their free will and no complaints are entertained. Indigo has chosen to hike their pre-booked ( 90 days and above) fares in spite of aviation fuel cost tanking bottom. Indigo continues to charge their customers for online payments ((n digital India, Online payment are costly. Against the world trend!!! After all this is India. And the Ministry and DGCA are sleeping/ getting rewarded through back channels???
I fully agree there is no clear cut goal what they have to achieve. Pathetic situation with no possibility of growth for general aviation & MROs
