Letters of complaints and requesting help to resolve a 22 years old injustice by the AAI (Airports Authority of India) imparted against me, letters to the PM goes to the PMO, who in turn send our 12 letters back to the AAI to reply, who in turn sends it back to the local AAI office to reply. This is a case of sheer lack of justice. All Civil Aviation schemes are just an eyewash. The PM should find the time to read at least one of our complaint letters against the AAI. Ministry of Civil Aviation needs to address our grievances.

The civil aviation ministry has advanced a lot in the fulfillment of the expectations of passengers. With the Udan project, many small airports built and are progressing installations. The internal air traffic has increased significantly and the domestic airfare has become lower than the first class rail fare in some routes and even less than bus fare in several routes (Under offer) - like Bangaluru - Cochin for around 2500 and so.

With the small towns get linked with air service, emergency freight service can be introduced and perishable goods as well as donated organs can be transported to places within short span of time. The time saved with air journey is such that executives can cover the distance in almost 1/10 of the time including the reporting time. With the Sagar mala and Bharatmala projects taken connected with udan project, the whole India gets connected. This reduces traffic jams and accidents will be reduced in due course.

I am really satisfied with the performance of the ministry and we must move forward in the direction it is travelling.
