It sells time share weeks for 25/99 years memberships in the resorts developed by them.Members are promised inflation proof holidays for 25/99 years through a written agreement but not followed in letter and spirit.It also charges Annual maintenance fee and daily charges for use.

we spent a day at the resort. built over a vast area and fairly close from the city. it is elegantly built. however, the services are poor. garbage in parking lots, tot lots and game zones there were nappies around the swimming pool. resorts nearby are far better and more reasonably priced
