I shopped three times with Shopclues, all three products were defective or used second hand products. I complained, they immediately refunded the amount. But I underwent tension and irritation. I stopped visiting this site now.

Twice I ordered items, both times, delivered items were different than the one ordered, hence returned, they refunded
