Reliance Communications

They seem to have signal problem in Chrompet Area. Several compalints were made but to no avail. We are left to fend for ourselves. So every time the phone rings we have to run outside to receive the calls.

Felt cheated after buying LYF Wind 6 mobile and the worthless service given FREE.
Getting 20 SMS a day about exhausting the limit in a Free service which has to continue for 3 months.
Terrible handset. Could not insert SD Card and broke the pin. With 2 years extended warranty - I was asked to pay 4300 for replacing the pin when the phone costed me 5400 WOW ! :( RELIANCE sure knows how to make you cry after you have paid

To get disconnected i have to wait for hours to talk to a representative. More than 5 calls to close my request. After a month it got closed.

The worst customer service is reliance. Having reliance datacard and never responded to the queries. It is our fate of having such company

There is no option to give 0 rating otherwise I would have been given that rating. One of the worst in service and didnt know how all governments are accepting the arrogance of this network. I am having wifi and suddenly they disconnected the service and forcing to make payment for 4G for the upgradation and sent mail for the current operation of 3G which I got in just 3 months but no response till date.

Whenever I wish to port their representative call and commit that in a week their sservices going to updated very soon but there is no solution.
