In Bihar days, state electricity board was much different than jharkhand period. Since inception of jharkhand, THE ERA of coalation govt , gave birth to unbrideled corruption in electricity utilities like other govt dept. Now the situation has improved to some extent due to stable govt and "MODI EFFECT" is visible in this field also, however to a limited extent. I am a man of this Field working since last 31 years and I know the root cause of problems and its solutions krept into the field of power distribution .
