Professional Couriers

Very expensive for next day delivery and normal delivery takes >2 days.

Really I had an awful experience. After discussing with their Hosahalli branch staff in Bengaluru, I had sent 'Tirupati Laddoo prasadam' to Secunderabad (S’bad). Being perishable one, I wanted it to reach within 3 days. They had assured that it will reach on the 3rd day positively. However, on the 3rd day afternoon, I checked the other side and came to know that the parcel had not reached my friend. Spoke to the branch in Bengaluru. After checking their tracking system, the lady informed that it reached S'bad regional office the previous day itself. However, she asked me to check at destination office. I personally called S‘bad courier office and confirmed that they have my parcel and they were unable to deliver it since the Delivery Boy was not available. So I requested whether it will be delivered the next day for which I got response in negative because it’s Sunday. Since it was getting delayed for a perishable item, my friend informed them, if the item cannot be delivered that day itself then need not be delivered.

After a week or so, Bengaluru office person contacted me that the courier has returned and asked me to collect the same from their office. I informed the story and I don’t want it back since it would be spoiled by then and instead I asked them to refund the courier charges of Rs 70 which of course was denied. I consider them quite ‘Un-Professional Couriers’!

I sent something with professional couriers. It was not delivered. It was not returned to me either. They did not compensate for my loss. I went to the consumer court. I did everything the court asked me to do, but the professional couriers did not respond at all. And the court dismissed the case! What a great country we live in!
