It appears that PAYTM is unable to take success, customer service has become out of reach of customers, and lodging a complaint has become a herculean task. In my very recent experience while ordered a TV,i was sent outdated set with wrong description on it.

Their customer service seems to be poor. This gets substantiated from a response to a mail sending grievance: "Your message couldn't be delivered to info@one97.com. Their inbox is full, or it's getting too much mail right now. " The complaint is quoted as:
"i have ordered moto g plus 32 gb.having 16% off showing 2681 cashback.after 24 hrs of deleivery i am not getting cashack.they are not replying mails not answering calls .put the call on hold. order id is xxxxxxxxxx and wallet order id is yyyyyyyyyyy.i want my cashback at any cost .it's been three days of suffering.

Till Date have got excellent service from PayTM be it recharge, cashback, online shopping or bill payment! However I do understand it may not be true for all but Customer service is second best to Amazon so I recommend people to try shopping or bill payment from PayTM!
