This is the first online financial, made in india, swindler. I opened their wallet even before demonetisation, deposited 1000 and 1 month later, it disappeared. I have heard several people complaining including in local circles. During transactions, both sides get confirmation messages and money moves out of one account but never reaches the destination. Customer service seems to be trained by RELIANCE, absolutely pathetic. Apparently, several employees were also swindling money from the company itself as well as businesses and retail customers but redressal was never done. Never heard of a company where owner does not take responsibilities, employees behave autonomously in illegal activities and their is no redressal of grievances from company, police or government.
