ONGOLE (OGL)

ONGOLE is an important station with heavy passenger movement, a Distrit Headquarter, in SC Rly. Most of the trains stop here. Passengers travelling towards Nellore have to board trains from Platform No.3. Most passengers cross the Rly lines(inconvenient and unsafe) to reach the Platform No.3. More problematic for passengers with luggage. This is a daily rputine and seen by the RPF personnel as well Rly Staff at Ongole.
A lift was provided in Platform 1, which does not serve any purpose as long lift is not provided for Platorm 2&3.
The matter should be immediately looked into 1. to make the investment on One lift at Platorm No.1 useful &2.To avoid unsafe line crossing
