The counsellor is good for nothing. Parks are not cleaned, encroachments have come up at every footpath, illegal parkings are allowed, trees have not been pruned for over a decade, garbage is not picked up, nor segregated, drains are clogged and not cleaned And the counsellor ignores all requests, does not respond to questions.
