is there any? if it is there it is occupied by locals goons.

We are lacking on playground or sports facilities for kids in most of the parts of Delhi. They have no place for outdoor sports. Yes, we have few DDA complexes and stadiums, but not easily approachable to all classes.
Solution :
1. In many of the Govt. schools we have ample of space. The need is to develop this space. In how many schools we have table tennis / badminton / courts and that too operational ?
2. I have noticed that when building new schools / renovating, this point is totally ignored to construct sports facilities.
3. Community halls.... most of the time are vacant. They could be developed to provide sports facilities. In New Delhi & South Delhi, we have this in practice, but not in other parts of Delhi.

Parks owned & maintained by North Delhi Municipal Corporation at Keshav Puram, Delhi-110035 have been left ABORTED & discarded in the most unabashed case of dereliction of duty. All of the Parks have turned into Barren lands with Dust flying all over. Whatever dilapidated Trees stand across these Parks have become an easy Prey for the Gangs who prowl for Dry wood for the sake of using the same as Fuel. In the most of the cases, it has also been observed that these Illegal Gangs operate with the complicity of the MCD Staff entrusted otherwise for the maintenance of these very Parks! Vigilance Department of NDMC must wake up to the Ground reality & therefore must bring an Active enforcement into place.

Since, they are being managed by the RWAs/societys, hence they are in better shape. But, I suggest, that here also the horticulture department should inspect the parks, to keep a check if they are being maintained or not.

The removal of green waste needs to be done more promptly. Perhaps on weekly basis from each park. As, it keeps rotting and lying around for days!..Maybe breeding mosquitoes.

RWAs should be encouraged to process the green waste at their end, and generate compost etc. for themselves, and its residents.
