Mumbai Municipal Corporation

I belong to R-North ward #1/#7, Valmiki Society, Kanderpada, Dahisar (West). The street lighting for the pavement along Ramayan and Valmiki society is very very poor. The lights are not adequate enough. To add to this, many tourist/transport vehicles are parked. The cobbler at the base of Ramayan blocks the entrance to the pavement with a couple of bikes and a huge trunk. The entire setup becomes a haven for drunkards in the area.
There are bottles found broken almost everyday, noises heard by neighbours post 10 pm. It becomes difficult for single women to walk in that area. Also, the narrowed down road, where pedestrians walk, becomes an accident prone area. To add to this, there have also been robberies in our area, including 3 break-ins in my building itself.
I was wondering how to take up this matter to curb this menace before more devastating events take place.
