MCGM at par but it has too high property tax and no proper details of levied property tax are mentioned. Property owners do not understand the ill provided to them as most of the times technical terms are used.also property tax should be levied properly and proper ranges to levy them should be introduced.Tax rate should be reduced as it has gone substantially high and is not affordable to some one who does business.then how can you expect those owners to care about their surrounding when they cant afford the tax itself then how are they going to manage their money in cleanliness and other maintenance.The process are also most time complicated as there is an online website but just cant find the thing you want.please simply the processes and levy tax reasonably and manage them properly.If MCGM itself provide proper sewage and other line and a proper mechanism where garbage and other waste can be managed.also some exemption should be provided to property owners who do manage the surrounding well.

Property tax bills should be available on line for each society in Mumbai.
Search for the society should be easy.Online bill payment & receipt should be possible.
