Mamata Banerjee

We voted for her Parivartan and freedom from Left misrule but the state went from saucepan into the fire. We have parivartan, we have syndicates of corruption indulging in extortion, prostitution & trafficking, drugs, terror... You name it and its thriving in Bengal. Our Didi holds the home ministry and under her the police is a political slave to corruption that goes by the name of her MPs & MLAs. Samaritans trying to save the society is falling victims to antisocials and the police is a mere spectator because of political sheltering. If Mamata Banerjee is the face of all TMC then all the good and the bad is hers. If cosmetic beautifcation of the city is her credit as potrayed by TMC then the social degeneration and lack of industry is her discredit. If during election we are asked to vote for her, now we have the right to blame her and her alone if her MP MLA or Councillors take to crime. Unless she takes action against her team and brings the criminals to justice, her image will never be clean again. SOP politics may give her a few initial win but like the Left soon TMC will be wiped off the face of Bengal. The social think tank is opposed to TMC due to criminalization of Viswa Bangla. Choice is hers, save her corrupt MP MLA and Councillors, or save TMC!

Very active and dynamic CM. Has honest and noble intentions. However her party members use local goons and uncultured youth for the local work, which has brought bad reputation to her and her party. She should try to make an advisory circle of Bengali Intellectuals and Kolkata professionals from all major fields and meet with them every month to discuss the developmental issues. Kolkata today is much more cleaner and improving than what it was during CPM rule. They were very corrupt. Didi is hardworking and honest but her team members let her down and bring much embarrassment to her because they are not professionally equipped.

WITHOUT POLITICAL TALENT, ONLY BY DINT OF SOME SPECIAL ABILITY NONE CAN BE A SUCCESSFUL POLITICAL LEADER. ANYONE WHO TRIES SO WILL BE PROVED A DESTROYER OF THE STATE AND THE STATE WILL NEVER EXCUSE THE LEADER.
