Good site for booking. Their rates are shady, though.

Services are generally good and prompt. My only observation is that as soon as we hit a sector of air travel for a particular date, the fare table starts escalating. Can't believe, it is in natural course because this has repeatedly happened in my case. Corresponding fare table on the particular airline website also gets escalated by the same amount. I suspect, there is a link between the airlines websites and travel agent's websites. Concerned Regulating Bodies may need to investigate.

Their response to the consumer grievances needs improvement.
