maintained now well but need regular cleaning and some shopkeepers asking for more prices .some actions should taken on them

Station has improved in the recent past it would be great if we have prepaid taxi booking counter

The station --only the first platform is clean others are dirty. Lack of dustbin. No toilets at other platform which force people to use the toilet of any train standing.
Need more space for waiting passengers. Chaos at platform . Sign for the position of coaches are not working.
Overall chaotic.

Outside the station --- porters are not enough that's why they quote unrealistic rates.
The road inside the station is terrible and no lights.
