Only PF 1 is clean. All other in worst condition both flooring and cleanliness.
Underpass dirty.
Pre-paid auto unorganized sometimes cheating also well in knowledge of the persons issuing token.
High rates are displayed outside. rates comparable to taxi.
Outside cleanliness poorest - near car stand.

Except for platform which can be only 60% the rest of the is just 10% of the expectation of a model station.
1. Too many vehicles. Approach requires a changeover to the raising of passenger alighting at 1st floor level and then taking a walkway connected footbridge, so that passenger do not climb up with luggage.
2. Escalators and lifts are a necessity.
3. The VIP trains departing from platform 1 requires only its maintenance, while neglecting others. The rest of the platforms are garbage dumps.

1.Used to be very neat clean station but deteriorated over years. except platform 1, all others need improvement.
2.Catering services on platforms other than no1 are poor
3. Trains are regularly detained at outer signal both in up and down directions but more so in Dn direction.
4. trains originating from LKo maintain good cleanliness and linen in AC clas.

1.Only platform no1 maintained. other platforms littered with civil construction debris for long time! No cleaning.
2. Quality of food items on very poor. even getting a good quality tea on any plat other than 1 is a big issue.
3. no escalators / ramp

1. No proper toilets.
2. Need more dustbins on the station
3. Regular checking of he cleanliness by a sanitation inspector. On the spot fine for an offender.
4. Security is not good. No proper checking of the baggage is done at the entry points. Xray machines not available or used.
5. Other platforms need to be developed like platform no. 1.

Lucknow Stations need an overhauling.
