I had. Cheated by cyber scam for Rs 25000.00 on 21st May, 2017 and immediately file FIR / Complaint in Sarita Vihar police. Station along with the recorded conversation with the fraudy but till today not received any information nor any action at all while visited many a times in police station for inquiry but no use even twicely I requested to meet SHO for discuss the case always stop me that SHAH AARAM PHARMA REHEY HEA.
NOW YOU suggest being a senior citizen I am what to do. ?

I was using Hathway internet at our residence at Goregaon. I had taken quarterly subscription for the same. When we shifted to Thane, I had given request to disconituation for the same and requested them to pay me balance amount as well as Router deposit amount of Rs. 1000/- paid by me. They instructed me to return their mode as well as other necessary things to their nearest branch which is Dalamal Tower for me. I had submitted everything and taken GRN from them. I had called their call centre and given the GRN no. to them. They said within 90 days you will receive your refund. But now almost 6 months have passed I have not received my refund from them. whenever inquiring with their call centre they are giving me new request no. and said we will proceed your request. When I enquired with Dalalmal tower office they are saying they have not received my goods means the employees working under that roof is not trustworthy or company is not trustworthy.

Most corrupted Department in the world..... All Police Department.... . False cases and FIR has done by the police for earning money from both parties, that too without any inquiry. And if there is inquiry, then the evidence is disappeared by the same police and done FIR on the innocents. So that for a long time, the business of extortion was going on and on and It's been running for a long time, everywhere in india. Why does not the government do anything about this? Whereas the government has taken the responsibility to end the corruptions.......?? Corruptions should end all over. Is the Justice just for the rich person only?
