The facilities created for redressal of RTI. Cases in UP STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION is appreciated. However the number of cases out number the manpower available to attend Hard copy complaints & emails. It is requested to acknowledge the email complaintswith a reference number. An app may be developed through competition in ENGG. Institutes to filter RTI Complaints& provide their print outs for quick review & disposal by the Commissioners. In present efforts implemented in the leadership of our Engineer Chief Minisrer should bear real fruits to the aggreived person. The UP STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION site should kindly list court numbers with type of complaints they handle as lack of such information delays justice which can be provided. In my case of RTI against HBTI, KANPUR, the case was taken up in S-4 in March 2015, in june PIO, Director Technical Education was called while PIO, HBTI, KANPUR, was required. In Nov.2015 myself Dr. R. K. JAIN, retired Professor HBTI & PIO, HBTI was called. The later didn't turn up & I was informed the the case refers to S-2. Such incidence affects an old man, 74-year-old & delays justice. Will you kindly look into the matter & oblige.
