Now a days indian railways are going to grab the money from the people as much as they can. But they should concentrate on the facilities also that much rapidly they have to develop. The cancellation of the IRTCTC is very bad Even the passenger travel or not they will collect the cancellation of the wait list ticket it was not ethical the government running firm is not following ethics then how come a common man will follow the ethics. The government should be the role model to do better services to the people. Not to loot the people like private organisations. Private travels will hike their prices when there is festival seasons now i think railways also following by introducing the premium tatkal.

Sugestions:
1.May be the cancellation of the tickets of the waitlist should not charged if the seat is not allocated until he cancels it.

2.Improve the facilities like maintain cleanliness of bathrooms in the train and stations ETC...

3.Run the trains to the areas which is having crowd for ex: there is double decker train from secunderabad to guntur which is starting in the friday morning 5 am This time no one will travel mostly the Software people will travel on friday evening This common sense is required while running a train this needs local peoples suggestions to get some data to run the train in a particular route. Unfortunately the officials of the IRCTC said because of there is no crowd so we have to cancel the train this is ridiculous. Better to do analysis before putting any train.

Subidha Express was full of Asubidha. IRCTC had neither planned nor nor managed it well. Now they have started sending IVRS to take feedback. i propose there should be a person/representative/monitor to oversee the affairs on the running train. Else they can substantiate with refund part of the fair for their inefficiencies.
