POWER RATES IN FARIDABAD(HARYANA) ARE THE HIGHEST IN THE COUNTRY.AS THERE IS HARDLY ANY WATER SUPPLY IN THE SECTORS EVEN,A LARGE AMOUNT GOES FOR GETTING POWER MOTOR WORKED TO DRAW WATER.THE SUPPLY IS WORST IN SECTOR 16.YESTERDAY THE SUPPLY WENT OFF AT 2.00 PM(DAY BEFORE) AND SUPPLY WAS RESUMED AT 7.30 AM AFTER 17 HOURS..IN 17 AND 18,THERE WAS ONLY A MINOR BREAK OF 2 HOURS.

Bill payments 10 kms. away, whole day is required to pay the bill in Q. Online payments charge hefty amount. power cuts very frequent especially even on little drizzling whole day power cut.

Power cuts are very frequent. Bill distribution at last day. No transparency in billings.

Electric supply in Parwatiya colony is not satisfactory during summer. Power cuts are frequent and time of cut is variable.

electric supply in 21-C faridabad in erratic. there are frequent cuts while authorities claim there is 23 hour supply availability. every time there is a wind or a little rain, supply goes off or is cut off and does not return for hours. due to this water supply is affected. this summer is particularly bad. there are frequent breakdowns.

power cuts in sector 21C are frequent without any pre-notice. toll free complaint no. now working but complaints hardly get addressed. nobody calls to give an update. complaint centre is unaware of the status.
24-hour power supply as claimed by DHBVN is not true.
Bills come almost on the last day hardly giving time to customers.
In case of a discrepancy one has to go through a lot of hardships. standing in queues and running from one officer to another officer. even then they dont resolve the issue. they first tell you to pay up and then file a complaint to be looked into.
