Garbage collection is very poor. Garbage is not collected on daily basis. There is no dust bin for the disposal of garbage whole garbage is thrown here & there on the road. It is difficult to walk due to bad stinking. Staff goes on strike now & then. Ghaziabad Municipal has no plan to use this waste.

Garbage Pick Up Service?? Is one exists in Ghaziabad?? Not in Sahibabad area for sure! Forget about garbage pick up from colony or home, they don't even care about garbage lying on road. This is very much evident from the huge garbage dumps lying by the side of road from Dilshad Garden Metro Station border to the Lajpat Nagar stretch on main G. T. Road. Particularly, the garbage dump near the 'Vrindavan Green' Society on the vacant plot is very much a nuisance. Not only this is a source of foul smell in the vicinity but a threat to passers by because of stray animals on the dump. There are no Garbage bins kept in the area and the colonies and residents are disposing the Garbage by throwing it on the roadside. There need to be a conscious effort from the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation and the residents if we really wish to care for cleanliness which is termed as next to Godliness.
