Stray animals are more free to move on the streets & near the residential complex than the children and the old people .We move out of our houses with a fear psycho in mind and move our feet slowly and as soon as we see dogs and or cows and oxen a sense of great fear strikes the brain and it is very difficult to decide which way to detour. Cases of dog bite in our daily LOCALITY news . The best part of the story is that, the authorities responsible for maintaining the CODE are very much aware of this problem but they turn a deaf ear to it and sulk from their duty. Wake up and act and justify your lavish salary from us (tax money)
In here in my area, neeti khand-3 it seems there are more animals on the street than people living in houses.Several people bitten several times, yet nobody stops feeding them .We would never see a hungry man /women being given food but certain people feed dogs with warm chhapaties and warm dal/roti. Bad situation.Rather must say bad is a good word.pathetic situation.
This is very grave problem and must be addressed immediately. I have got bitten twice in my own colony. This is also very scary for small children playing in the parks and morning walkers. We must also check the population of these other than sterilization.
It is a need to get the stray dogs sterilized, so as to restrict there multiplications, I'm against killing them. Another way I to motivate the people to make them a part of there family and give them also a good life and not let them be on road freely.
