Rightly said, Stray animals needs to be managed. Also, Stray people also needs to be managed (with apologies i mean to say the jhuggi jhooti people and their children's) . Everywhere there are jhuggis.

Stray dogs have not only become a menace but are a threat to humans across all age groups. Residents of high rise apartment housing societies, specially with basements for parking vehicles, are terrorized by the stray dogs which pounce at their unsuspecting preys suddenly. If the Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam values human life, it needs to implement measures to relocate stray dogs.

Very poor stray animal management in Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad. It's pathetic, where children and senior citizens, what to talk about others, have to face the menace everyday. Regular checks to be done and stray animals and cattle to be caged and rehabilitated at a place year marked by the local authorities and state governments.
