Electricity House Raj Nagar

New main line wires being deployed in our area are very loose and at risk of touching each other and could case sparking or wire breakage, but when I complained about this they told that poles are weak and they will be replaced and then only this problem will be solved. I question, at first place why only wires were replaced when poles are also weak, both could have been changed together, if any mishap happens who will be responsible for that?

Lineman asking bribe for fault like loose or burn cable from Electric pole. about 3-4 hrs taken to fix a jumper, after 7 pm they does not tackle the complaints even disobey the J.E. instructions, more than 4-6 hrs power cut without any reason, may be they cover up the gap of power spend by theft. Department send the SMS for 2 hours and they take shutdown for 4-5 hrs. This problem specialy in CITY POWER HOUSE Ghaziabad. Mostly areas in old city are infected from power theft specialy where the electric comes from two different power houses. Mostly consumers take the two connections from both sides. One is through Powe Meter and another is from direct in changeover.

Voltage Fluctuations and High Voltage SPIKES which cause serious damage and breakdowns on connected electric gadgets like Refrigerators and TVs, occur frequently. WHY IS THIS when Modern Transformers are supposed to have built in Servo Stabilizers. Voltage FLUCTUATIONS also cause the low quality Digital Electricity Meters to run at faster speeds and give inflated bills. This is all NOT ACCEPTABLE.

One of the worst operated and highly corrupted electricity house / board is Raj Nagar. JE and his juniors are most corrupted out here. They intentionally will not take out the cheques from drop box until the due date and then will disconnect the electricity connection without informing so that they can fill their pockets with bribe for re connection...
