Recently faced a situation and got the worst service by ebay india. I bought two products from same seller but seller sent only one item in the parcel but on the parcel it is mentioned that the parcel contains both the item. I raised a ebay guarantee claim but the claim is rejected by ebay without any info also while contacting seller they are telling as you have raised ebay guarantee claim we could not do anything. on the other hand ebay is telling if seller will confirm we will initiate a refund. So i am waiting for a resolution.
But AMAZON is excellent with these type of customer issues and they are taking the ownership to help buyers.
