They are fraud and cheater. There are multiple event of cheat done by them to multiple customers including us. If someone want to know about all frauds done by them then can also contact TIFTI which is ethical body for tourism. Don't deal with them otherwise they will do something that you will cancel trip and they will never refund you. Their manager Gautam Yadav and Dhirendra Pratap Singh are big fraud. This is review based on my experience as they have not returned money based on policy clearly given to us and they asked us go to court.
