Devendra ji , to stop or say reduce the corruption , CCTV should located at all -- corporations working table area , RTO , Hospitals , Police stations, ect. So many CCTV from signal chocks were off. To not catch the police while EARNING money instead of doing work. Due to less manpower of police , ward boys were appointed. But looking picture is different. Police man/woman sit on vehicle or stand behind tree. Word boys catches two or four wheelers like hunter , and carry towards police. Evan any ambulance is blowing siren and light , police not attend to release the traffic. OK. When any one visit in evening from all above offices , drawers were full of money. While leaving from offices , distribution done . Cause sir, all top management instructed by BJP ruler for keep clean & be honest yourselves. But from last so many years , actual working people get habitual to do corruption. As all we know, Corruption is not started from bottom to top, all believe it is from top to bottom. As per History , all lower person have to give collected `Hapta' to seniors one , which all goes to `Mukhyamantri' to `Kendriya Mantri' to Ruling Party & PM. All more expert peoples can generated ideas to stop or move towards to stop all type of corruptions.

We feel gross inadequacy of good administrators like him in the present government as well. From the coalition side, some of the ministers have been given portfolios as trophies. If he is well supported by his colleagues, Maharashtra can be a leading state on again in real sense.
