I think Need to Manage Vaccination centre use School , Collage and taking Help of School and Collage Teachers for entries and record maintained this can reduce the burden of Vaccine sender doctor and medical staff and increase vaccination of per day as well as reduced bhid (Hindi word) of people this is my suggestion
