Here I am mentioning all civilians of India, who always thinking about their civil rights, but never their duties to the nation.

I very much agree that we must be responsible citizens. In fact it is a human nature that unless one need to pay a heavy price for being indiscipline or causing harm to others in society by one's action, he or she will take liberty in doing so. In developed countries responsibility emerged as there is a senesce of social responsibility along with a fear of heavy penalties. This has emerged first due to education in primary classes about their social responsibilities, teachings to children at home, practicing in public from childhood , Attaching national pride to such habits, heavy penalties, high cost of clearing such clutter & Scarce as well as costly availability of such manpower/ means of cleaning. We must bring in this regime & municipal authorities along with discipline enforcing authorities must entertain complaints/ feedback from citizens. Such feedback be recorded for quality purposes & immediate corrective action be initiated without prejudice. Municipal corporations must form mohalla committees & empower them. Public surveillance facilities be utilize for the purpose. I really wonder as who is paying for the keeping a work force of 50000/- employees just for cleaning one mid size city. What is the productivity? It is a colossal waste & uncontrolled way of allotting employement on the name of cleaning. Instead if 10% of these be deployed to monitor cleanliness & catch defaulters, municipal corporation will earn enough money to support the activity & people will be more disciplined.

Guy's we, civilians of India, always look for our rights, facilities providing by Govt, Jobs from Govt, Loans from Govt, Cleanness by local municipal body, and also other facilities like Electricity, Drinking water, Public transport etc. But do you think we follow our duties for the nation? I don't think so.
Let me ask you few questions -
- How we Indian people dispose-off waste of your kitchen and home?
- Do we follow traffic rules actually?
- Do we pay our Bills, Duties and Taxes properly?
- Why we don't spit and throws wastes in dust-beans if we are in US, any Euro nation, even any country except India? And If we are in India we always spit on roads, Railway platforms, Waiting rooms on Railway stations/Bus stands, Like it's our special right. Why?
- We always follow Americans, Europeans in lifestyle, What they eats, What they wears, How they are living, How they enjoying, but we never try to adopt how disciplined they are, How responsible they are for their nation? Why?
Dear brothers and sisters, My opinion is that Nation can't be great without great civilians. So if you want that our children can see a developed India, we should be a good civilian. We should follow rules, we should support our system in improvement. For example, Jaipur Municipal corporation has 50,000 employees for sweeping roads, but 35 lakhs people are there to litter, How 50,000 people can keep city clean in that case? So my suggestion is that, we should take care of our civic duties.
If we follow our civic duties what will happen? let me show you -
1. If people throws all ther waste in dust-beans, road will be clean and JMC employees will just need to pick dust-beans no need to clean wastes spread around dust-beans.
2. Less time, efforts, resources will be required to manage cleaning on Railway stations, Railway coaches, Buses, Bus stands, Roads etc.
3. If we pay our Bills, Duties, Taxes, Govt will get enough revenue to run budget and less resources to maintain IT dept, and other investigation agencies.
And many more. Friends great people make great nation. So let's make India a Great nation.
