the online services are excellent. but when it comes to any issue they do not have any answer. I have my salary account and ready credit facility on it. one fine day for one of the payments my ready credit was used, but when I was trying repay, it was not allowing. on enquiry I was given to understand that the KYC for ready credit is not there and hence it is dormant. I can not repay. there is no branch my place. they want me to visit branch which is more than 15 KM away in traffic. they had deducted Rs. 750 in the month of July and they closed the ready credit as I wanted them to close it if they could not take my KYC from residence. they closed the account but not returned the charges. when I wrote to them, the relationship manager does not contact without reminder. lastly one lady called me up to say that it will not be returned.

Services of citibank are excellent. Money transfers on-line are all of them FREE unlike other banks. On line services are excellent. There are not many branches.

Excellent bank with most of the services free of charge. The on-line services are excellent and functios smoothly.

Services are excellent and there no comparison. i am very thankful to this bank it always reduce our hardship in the need.
