Why do they differentiate between ATM's at Centres , which are not accessible to all customers, and those which are placed in IT companies. I am not surprised since they can never look after and have the typical British old behaviour, of treating all as Blacks.

I have been using Citibank Services for the past 25+ years. I have a credit card and also a bank account with Citi. Absolutely excellent service. NO DOUBT.

I use their credit card services (only). Excellent handling. Compared to a three lettered Indian giant bank which is useless, their service is 1000 times better. I wish such banks are not forced to close down. Ask them to take over many Indian owned nationalized banks....You will see them closing most such taken over branches just on account of inefficiency!
