Please use their online complain section : https://erp.chennaicorporation.gov.in/pgr/ . They attend in a day, extremely prompt. Have not seen any other Govt department responding to online complains so seriously. I have done this many times and they send their staff with fogging machine and fog in your property. When they close the complaint, they even post the photo having done the work.

Though the Municipality pretends to the fogginh activities, it is only a waste. The fogging machines mounted on the four wheelers are driven at 25kph speed and the mosquitoes are driven from the road to residence, thereby there is no remedy found. First all swage / wet garbage should be cleaned and water should flow smoothly. Municipal servants should do this kind of works at least every week not once in a bloom. Now that rainy season will start shorly we should be prepared well.

I have been here in Ponniamman Koil Street, Adyar, for a little over a year now and I have not once seen fogging done.

Though the Municipality/Corporation pretends to do the fogging activities, there is no sincerity amidst the municipal/corporation works. The fogging machines mounted on the four wheelers are driven at 25kph speed and the vector borne mosquitoes are driven from the swage /wet garbage filled or from trees in the road to the residences inside. there by no remedy is found. When a municipal servant comes with in the residential premises with the vector mosquitoes flying from one house to another and escape. The mosquito menace has not been decreased due to frequent rains and wet environment. Ideally to keep away vector borne diseases fogging should be carried out at least twice or thrice a week. Moreover, the water stagnating municipal areas in the city should be identified by the Municipal Councillors, who are elected by people and enjoying rich life and flying in mega cars, and they should be personally be held responsible to keep the vector out of the area.

With the speed that Chennai Corporation takes fogging and anti mosquito action, as well the lack of sincerity and interest shown by the Corporation and Govt. health department, Greater Chennai City would become another epidemic cicty like DELHI. Let the Let the authorities wake up from their slumber and act swiftly, not only in fogging but also in removing Garbages out of the city limits , removing stagnated water ion the road sides and open area and also removing sewage water that are let inside the storm water canals which are open. . GARBAGE CLEARING IS NOT DONE PROPERLY BY WORKERS OF AGENCY AND THERE ARE NO SUPERVISION. UNLESS THESE ARE DONE ON PRIORITY BASIS, IT IS DIFFICULT TO SALVAGE THE CITY HEALTH HAZARD.

Ideally to keep away vector borne diseases fogging shud be carried out at least twice a week. Unfortunately it is not the case in my area KK Nagar.
