preveviously it was DOT, all services were OK when BSNL appeared wef 01.10.2000 services came down slowly and about 2013 or so services of BSNL came down very fast because other telecom operators were supported by the government.as well as the top level officers were deputed from DOT to BSNL and the frustration started and now is the situation like no funds for salary to staff in time. How can we expect better/best services because staff itself not interested .
I HAD LODGED COMPLAINT ABOUT POOR SERVICE (DISCOURTEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, INDIFFERENT ATTITUDE AND CARELESS HANDLING OF ISSUES BY INCAPABLE AND OLD/STRESSED/NOT IN A MOOD TO WORK) STAFF AT SAHAKARANAGAR BANGALORE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE. THEY ARE UNABLE TO LINK MY ADHAR CARD FOR MY BSNL POSTPAID MOBILE, NOT ABLE TO REFUND EXTRA BILLED AMOUNT AND NOT A SINGLE LINE RESPONSE SO FAR. WHO WILL BELL THE CAT. NEITHER THE DEPARTMENT NOR THE TOP BRASS CARE FOR THESE ISSUES.
