Bsnl broad band speed is good. However we encounter frequent problems of no connectivity. ECS payment was missed by Bsnl one month and we too didn't notice it but there was disruption of services. Only draw back as compared to private Internet providers is poor customer service. But one can tolerate considering it to be our national provider.
