The network of BSNl and its DNS system is not good for the access of the internet and that there is too much controll of the government for their own benefits. This should be diluted. Also their customer service portal does not allow changes to the landline services at the will of the customer. For e.g. If v have change the plan then it cannot be done via the portal. So please improve BSNL
BSNL Telephone Exchange at Kundli(0130), Haryana Circle has been circumventing online Complaints by (i) marking to Lineman "on leave" (ii) Closing in routine without any resolution for more than a month in respect of most telephones / Broadband services affecting MSE factories located on NH-44 (G T Road) falsely claiming to" have resolved" as apparent from repeated online registration of complaints for 2219219 and 2219333 etc.
