Pune Municipal Corporatioon. Things have become worse in the last five years. There is garbage everywhere and no one picks it up. Two buildings adjacent to us throw their garbage in the nulla. We have informed the municipality several times but they will not fine them so the garbage gets thrown into the nulla.
