Bhiwandi Municipal Corporation

Nothing good can be written about Bhiwandi Nizampur City Municipal Corporation (BNCMC) . Bad roads, overflowing garbage bins, street lights not working, bad water management, encroachment or public properties (specially roads and footpaths), you name it and BNCMC have it. For this corporation a -ve vote would have been better.
