If there is an award for worst bank, It is BOI Kandivli West and Borivli West branch. Even if you stand in front of any Staff they never bother you and they will be busy eating Vada Pav or Sammosa. Manager (Kandivli west) found putting fingers on ears and smelling it, when huge crowd standing in front of him. When a lady complained an officer told her " Agar tum chakker ho ke girega to bi hum nahi dekunga" If any one require any proof of this next time I am ready to send a video of this.

now one SBI person is asking " how to visit your house...which way it is, how far from there" Another person called up from Kilpauk that "you have to show the original document, no no no noh, you have to come here, yes yes you can send a person with those document"

Very poor service and regard for customer. Even money in account in not safe. A forged cheque was encashed from my 80 year old mothers account and inspite of repeated efforts the Bank refused to act and reimburse her money ! And she has been a customer for nearly 30 years with the Bank.
