God only should inform us about the visit of garbage collection vehicles in our street!! One day they come suddenly and sometimes they don't come for weeks also. Then we left with option of throwing garbage in vacant sites (in nights!!). The staff is completely unprofessional. Even though, we give segregated garbage to them, they dump everything together in one place only. Govt advertises for garbage segregation but it's own staff doesn't know how to carry it. The Govt. talks about the health and safety of garbage collectors but they don't provide any equipments or hand glows or long shoes to them to collect the garbage. The staff handle everything with bare hands which may lead to many deceases to them only. Swachch Bharath Abhiyaan is one utter waste campaign in our country in my opinion.

collection is lax inmy street unless we chase the collectors. the gabage carts are fit to be thrown to scrapheap and the garbage is falling out on the road. contractor does not want to spend money on a proper vehicle to collect the garbage. I am in 14th cross, 21st main, BSK 2nd stage.

there is no regular time and while they lift from my house because I make noise by calling corporator if they do not, I find the garbage dumped in other roads, where obviously tolerate such things. basically there is no streamlined system. the vehicles for carrying garbage are too small and spill allover the road. the contarctor wants to spend barest minimum. cannot the corporators take up these issues which is obvious. they do not for obvious reasons. why do we need an elected body which is somnolent?

it is a pathetic situation as for as Garbage collection and clearance is concern This job is given on contract basis and you dont find any kannadigas on this jobs
