In my area as well there is no fog or proper garbage removal

In my area absolutely no fogging has been undertaken, from the past several years.

In my area no fogging or preventive measures have been taken. The approach has been one of fire fighting wherein they wait for a emergency situation to develop and then you see the chaos in the absence of a rescue plan.
