No dearth of willing gunea pigs in this country...show one carrot & unlimited people will queue up to get exploited & screwed happily without a murmur...the few who complain will be left to fend for themselves without anyone to support & seek ccollective remedy...memory of injustice is short & tomorrow will be another day....for yet another cheat to exploit our gullibility..
Airtel customer service is not even equal to a government mobile /phone service provider. I was in urgent need for an Internet connection in April 2015.I applied online for a high speed connection @1599 pm. It promised that Rs. 500 a part of installation charges will be refunded. Their technicians installed the connection with a plan of Rs 1299 in which they were getting a higher commission. Even after 6 months they have not resolved my complaint. In the case of my request for change of Bill Plan they took 6 months with the result I had to shell out Rs4000 extra as monthly rent. My representation to compensate have so far fallen on deaf ears.
I installed Airtel 4G for home pc/laptop in May,2015 as it proved download speed of 19 MBPS in place of BSNL <2 MBPS at about same cost. While 4G downloads like a dream it consumes entire 10 GB in less than 5 days after which speed drops to a pathetic 128KBPs & most sites either do not open or are abysmally slow. Choice is to pay Rs.420/ incl tax for a SMART topup of 2GB. This is SHEER CHEATING & FLEECING customers. UL has no meaning. These big ISPs should be whipped to lower charges to 1/4 of today.
While using iPad lots of ads and scheme come up . One such free Samsung 6 was awarded and money Rs250/- was to be transferred which wanted me to transfer the funds thro' mobile then I did transfer to 9989922422 and the funds were not realisable hence I moved to 9849110898 whereupon they realised the money and kept quiet without forwarding promised Samsung6
Internet Service provider. Trying to promote 4G, when even 2G & 3G services are pathetic, esp since 3 weeks, inspite of repeated complaints. Frequent disconnections in the middle of doing something serious like bank /credit card transactions.
Airtel Services is one of the service providers at a huge cost to consumer.They deduct and play with customers' balances as they please. They remain hidden and never come out for contact. If you try and contact also, the staff reply and behaviour are terribly bad. This is one company which lives on publicity and goes on deceiving the customer. One should never involve with them. You can never get any guidance from them, except taking away your money.
